16 oz of Jennie-O Ground Turkey, Seasoned to Sauasage7 oz of Kraft Fat Free Sharp Shredded Chedar Cheese3 Cups of Fat Free Croutons, Seasoned2 Large Eggs1/2 cup of Egg Beaters2 cups of Skim Milk
Brown the ground turkey. While that's cooking, mix the eggs, egg beaters and milk together. Spray 9 X 13 baking pan with 0 calorie cooking spray and layer the bottom with croutons. Once turkey is done, layer evenly on top of croutons, pours eggs mixture on top evenly. Sprinkle with onins and cheese. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours, overnite is best.
Cook for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil at 350 degrees and uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
