One store bought Angel food cake.One box of Sugar Free Jello.Two cups of Cool Whip Free.One cup of no sugar added pineapple chunks ( Crushed)or ready made crushed pineapple.One half cup of unsweetened coconut.
Start with a store bought Angel food cake, The kind made in a Tube.
Using a wooden spoon punch intermittant holes in the cake from top to bottom.
Prepare Sugar free Jello (flavor of your choice) and pour into holes.
Refrigerate until Jello in cake sets.
Mix no sugar added crushed pineapple and coconut into approximately 2 cups of Light cool whip and frost Angel Food Cake. Keep Refrigerated until serving! Use left over whipped cream for individual servings if desired.
