Tex-Mex Smothered Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs beef round steak1 onion3 anaheim peppers3 cloves garlic1 can Rotel- diced tomatoes w/green chiliesseasoning salt pepper1 T olive oil
Directions
Cut meat into serving size pieces, season with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in oil over medium heat. While meat is browning chop the peppers and onion and dice the garlic. Place vegetables on top of meat and pour over all a can of Rotel. Put lid on and simmer until meat is tender, about an hour.
