Step 1:2 lbs lean braising steak, trimmed in small cubes1 T canola oil2 T granulated onionStep 2:2 c V8, low sodium4 c. water3 beef cubesStep 3:2 T light chili powder4 T dark chili powder2 t garlic powder1 T ground cumin1 t cayenne pepper1 t black pepper2 chicken cubesStep 4:2 T light chili powder2 T dark chili powder2 t paprika1 T ground cumin
Directions
Makes 14 1/2 cup servings. Serve with brown rice.

Step 1 Ingredients: Add together and lightly brown meat.

Step 2 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 1 hour

Step 4 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if needed.
