Ingredients
Basmati Rice 200 gmsWater 2 CupsJeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tbspOil / Ghee (clarified butter) 1 tspSalt
Directions
1.Wash and soak rice for half an hour in a bowl.

2. In kadai/wok add oil/ghee and saut the cumin seeds.

3. add the rice, salt as per your taste and cook the rice with minimum of water.

4.Serve the rice with any Dal/Veg or Nov VegCurry.
