1-2lbs Ground Turkey3-4 Large Carrots1 Head of Green CabbageWhite Rice (Minute Rice)Soy Sauce
Directions
This recipe makes about 6-8 1/2 cup servings.

Brown the ground turkey by itself. Once turkey is fully cooked. Mix in the uncooked cabbage and carrots. Add enough soy sauce for flavor. Cover and cook until vegetables are soft.
