8 oz. crab meat2 to 4 tablespoons Walden Farms (zero calorie) Balsamic Vinegrette2 cups chopped celery1/4 cup chopped red onion1 teaspoon oregano2 medium tomatoessalt, pepper, crushed red chilies, more oregano
Combine the crab with the salad dressing and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Let marinate while you chop the celery and onion. Add the celery and onion.
Ring the edges of two salad plates with half slices of tomato. Sprinkle with oregano. Mound the crab salad in the center of the tomato slices.
