Low-fat Salsa Chicken - Crockpot

4 frozen chicken breasts (skin removed)1 package of taco seasoning (or 1/4 cup)2 cups of salsa (or more if you'd like)1 can of black beans (drained)1/2 bag of frozen corn (or drained canned)1 cup of cooked white rice
Add chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa to the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and add in drained black beans, corn (fresh, frozen, or canned), and cooked white rice.
Serve on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings. (Mine are cheese and jalapenos)
