Ingredients
2 lbs Beef (Round roast & trimmed brisket work well)1 can green chile enchilada sauce10 Mission Flour TortillasOptional toppings (Not included in Nutritional info):LettuceTomatoGrated Cheddar, Colby or Jack CheeseonionsSour CreamAvacados
Directions
Trim and rinse beef, place in cockpot. Pour green chili sauce over the beef. Cook on High for 4-5 hours, or
Low 6-8 hours. Remove beef from crock pot, shred using 2 forks. Place beef and desired toppings into a warm flour tortilla.
