Ingredients
19 oz ground turkey1 onion- chopped1 bell pepper- chopped1 can corn1 can Rotel2 cans black beans2 cans pinto beans1 can kidney beans
Directions
saute turkey with onion and bell pepper. add water if necessary to avoid using oil. once meat is browned, add entire cans of Rotel, corn and beans- do not drain. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 1-3 hours. The longer is simmers the heartier it will be.
