Lemon & Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
Syrup1 cup sugar2 cup waterSobet Juice of 4 LemonJuice of 2 Lime About 2 1/3 cupZest of the lemons and limes ( about 2 tbsp)
Directions
Boil the water and sugar utlil the temprture is 230 F. Let cool

Mix all the ingrigiant together.

Put in a Ice cream machine until firm

or

Pour in a cake pan and put in the freezer stiring every 30 min until firm.

Serve frozen into 12 serving
