Waffles

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups flour2 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 egg yolks2 cups milk1 1/2 cups water1 cup cooking oil4 egg whites
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix together egg yolks, oil, milk and water in another. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently mix together. Whip egg whites and fold into batter. Drop about a cup of mixture onto wafflemaker. Makes 10 waffles. Top with fresh fruit, syrup and whip cream.
