Strawberry & Yogurt Smoothie with cranberries & goji berries

Ingredients
450 grams fresh strawberries, naturally sweet, hulls removed..250 grams very low fat natural yogurt(0.1%)15-20 grams of dried sweetened cranberries10grams of Tibetan Goji berries, dried.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender & whizz 'em round until its the consistency you like.
Add a splash of water or unsweetend fruit juice if a more liquid consistency is preferred.
