Asian Slaw Dressing

2 T peanut butter (smooth or chunky)4 T rice vinegar3 T soy sauce2 T Splenda2 t minced ginger1 clove garlic1 T chili garlic sauce (optional--use to your personal heat level)
Directions
Blend all until smooth. Toss and serve. Even delicious after sitting awhile.
