Ingredients
1 serving egg whites2 tbsp of red, green, and yellow peppers2 oz low fat shredded cheese1/4 cup or 2 tsp of diced jalapeno peppers1/2 serving of louis rich fat free turkey breast
Directions
makes one serving, one omlette

in a small sauce pan saute peppers with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and once finished set to the side.

next begin to cook egg whites for about seconds and then add peppers, cheese, and the turkey.

continue cooking until the omlette is done.
