Mango Breat

Ingredients
2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar3 eggs2 1/2 cups diced mango2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking soda3/4 cup canola oil1 tsp salt3/4 chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make well and add all wet ingredients and mix. Pour into two 5 x 9 inch pans and let sit 15-20 minutes. Bake for 60 minutes. (You may want to check it at 50 minutes as oven temps vary and you don't want this to be a dry bread.)
