Once a Month Cooking Sweet Soy Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken1 c. honey3/4 c. soy sauce2 T. crushed garlic3 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Warm marinade ingredients in the microwave until the honey is melted. Pour over chicken and either bake covered for 30-40 minutes at 350 or saute in a skillet for 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Use extra sauce to toss in some broccoli and rice.

You can pre-make this, without cooking it and freeze it in different portion sizes. I freeze this in two serving sizes and run it under hot water to thaw it.
