Shea's homemade French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread1 extra large egg1tsp vanilla extract.5 tbsp 1% milk.5 tbsp butter
Directions
Mix the egg, vanilla and milk in a shallow dish. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Dip the bread into the egg mix and cook.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
