Asparagus-Goat Cheese Pasta (real simple)

Ingredients
1 Pound Asparagus (peel stalks, trim end, cut in 2" pieces))1 Pound thin Spaghetti (al dente)1 Tbsp butter2 Tbsps flour1-3/4 c chicken broth4 oz goat cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Salted water - bring to boil
- Blanch Asparagus (boil 3 minutes; remove from water, put in cold water to stop cooking)
- Cook spaghetti, follow box instructions for al dente
-med saucepan; melt butter, whisk in flour, add broth, cook 2 minutes - stirring constantly; blend in goat cheese
- toss spaghetti with sauce and asparagus and 1/4 c parmesan cheese
-serve w/parmesan cheese
