Ingredients
16 large raw peeled shrimp (about 8 oz. raw weight)1 tablespoon or more freshly grated gingerOld Bay Seasoning (optional)Garlic powder (or use 2 minced garlic cloves)1 cup onion3 cups fresh asparagus, cut in 2 " pieces or smaller2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or Lite Soy Sauce) divided
Directions
Thaw the shrimp (if frozen) in cold water. Then pull off the tails if they are still on.

Stir fry the shrimp in a non stick pan with the ginger, (and minced garlic if using) adding a little water if necessary. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning if you wish and garlic powder if not using fresh garlic.

Remove Shrimp to a large serving bowl and set aside. Add the onion to the pan with 1 tablespoon of Bragg's and water as needed. Stir fry until mostly cooked. Add asparagus, and the other tablespoon of Braggs and stir fry until done as you like -- cover pan and let steam briefly to cook the asparagus a little faster. When veggies are cooked to your liking, stir in the shrimp and stir fry until heat through. Spoon the whole mixture back into the serving bowl -- or just divide in half onto 2 plates. Serves 2
