Chicken Salsa

Ingredients
1 Pound Boneless Chicken Tenders1 Package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (or your favorite brand)1 can of Diced Tomatoes (your favorite brand will do)1/3 cup of Apricot or Orange preserves
Directions
wash chicken and dredge through the taco seasoning - pan fry for about 5 minutes each side until browned
add in the can of diced tomatoes and the preserves - simmer for 10 minutes

serve with brown rice
