One vanilla cake mix, sugar freeOne 3.5oz. package sugar free vanilla pudding mix1/2 cup dark rum1/2 cup water1/2 cup vegetable oil1t real vanilla4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325. Grease & flour a 12 cup Bundt type pan. In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients listed. Beat at low speed until moistened and then on high speed for two minutes. Bake one hour or until wooden skewer comes out clean. Let rest 15 minutes before inverting onto plate. Dust lightly with powdered sugar (optional).
