Cream Cheese Crack Dip

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Venison, browned2 packages low-fat cream cheese2 cans RO*TEL diced tomatoes
Directions
Brown the venison (or sausage, beef, etc.), add cream cheese and tomatoes. Stir till cheese is melted. Let simmer over low heat for at least a half an hour. Can simmer much longer. Can also throw everything in a crock pot and walk away. Serve with tortilla chips. Watch out... it's addicting!
