roasted green beans

Ingredients
fresh green beansoniongarlicwalnut oilsalt pepper
Directions
wash & snap beans into 1-1.5" pieces
blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes
slice 3/4 cup onion in long strips
rough chop 5-6 cloces garlic
Drain green beans
mix with onions & garlic on tinfoil
add 2tbsp walnut oil & salt and pepper
mix to coat
close up tinfoil making a flat pouch
Cook over medium flame on grill or on 400 degrees in the oven
Makes 3-4 servings
