Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
Two large cucumbers cut into small bite size pieces. 1/2 green pepper, 3/4 yellow pepper, two medium tomatoes, two stalks of celery, red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
Directions
Dice all vegetables into bite sized pieces. Add together in a large bowl. Add 2 Tbs. of extra virgin olive oil, 2-3 Tbs. of red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of sugar. Mix all together and let cool in the refrigerator until time to serve. Stir and serve. Will serve 10-12.
