Barbecue Chicken (slow cooker)

1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Black Pepper2 tsp Liquid Smoke1 cup Barbecue Sauce6 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Pour liquid smoke and barbecue sauce over the chicken, cover thoroughly.
Cook on low for 5 hours then turn the slow cooker to the warm setting. Remove the chicken, shred it, and replace it in the slow cooker for 30 minutes to an hour to soak up the rest of the sauce.
Serve on whole wheat buns (I like Orowheat whole wheat sandwich thins).
