@Sweetgal8....that's not the proper way to figure calories. You aren't taking in 2 tbsp of each ingredient each time you eat 2 tbsp. of the ranch. - 1/25/12

All of the Ranch flavor, and none of the guilt!!! It did take a while to get it creamy in my blender. I pulsed it several times, then whirred it on the "Puree" setting for half of a minute, followed by the "Cream" setting for another half of a minute. Came out perfectly. Thank you! - 5/10/12

This Recipe is great. I would only make 1 suggestion, only put half the pack of seasoning in and continue to add it until it tastes the way you like. It was a little strong with the whole packet but it makes eating salad or using ranch as a dipping sauce guilt free. LOVE IT. - 3/14/12

I almost made this recipe, but then I realized the calorie count for this recipe isn't accurate at all. Here's why: 2 TBSP non-fat cottage cheese= 20 calories. 2 TBSP low fat buttermilk = 14 calories. WORST YET= 2 TBSP of the seasoning packet alone = 60 calories. Total cal for 2TBSP = 94 cal - 1/8/12

Excellent and you can't even tell a difference. I'll need to recalculate the nutrition though because I used low fat cottage cheese instead of non fat. This is a keeper! - 2/2/10

I am a ranch freak. Its about the only thing I can't deal without. It needs to be a little creamery. Maybe half cottage and half mascapone cheese. - 3/9/09

I had to tweak this recipe because using i full cup of milk would have made it way too runny. I only used 1/2 cup. - 4/20/08
