Parmesan Breaded Chicken fingers

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless & skinless, cut in stripsflour, salt, and pepper1 egg, beaten1/2 C Breadcrumbs (Edward & Sons Italian Herbs Organic)1/4 C Parmesan Cheese1/4 C Grapeseed oil
Directions
Heat grapeseed oil in large skillet. In shallow dish, mix flour with salt & pepper to taste. In another shallow dish, beat egg. In another shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. When oil is hot, dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture. Add to pan and fry until golden brown, turn and fry until golden on second side. Drain on paper towel and serve.
