Ingredients
1.50 tsp Cumin seed 1 lime yields Lime Juice 4 cup Spaghetti, protein-fortified, cooked 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 serving canned rotel tomatoes .5 tbsp Olive Oil 18 oz Shrimp, raw
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & toss with 1/2 tsp olive oil. In a large sauce pan, over medium heat, add Rotel tomatos, petite diced tomatos, cumin, cilantro & 1/2 of lime juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add shrimp - cook until shrimp are pink (about 10 minutes).
