Broccoli Walnut Salad

Ingredients
DRESSINGS1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light 1/4 cup sugar substitute1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar**Mix together well, and chill for 1 hr.SALAD6 cup chopped fresh broccoli (1 lb - see tip below)1/4 cup sliced / chopped walnuts (approx 1 oz)1oz crumbled bacon or 2 tablespoons bacon bits1/2 cup sliced green onions (see tip below)1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all salad ingredients together in large bowl. Then toss with dressing just before serving.
This makes 12-1/2 cup servings;
Can use pecans, almonds or/and add dried cherries, cranberries or craisins.

(*Tip: Fresh Broccoli, cut 2-inch lengths 1 pound = 6 cups (including 4 cups florets)
Green Onions, cut in 1-inch lengths 4 onions (½ bunch) = 1 cup
