Whole Wheat Banana Oat Cinnamon Muffins

Directions
Dry Ingredients:1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup 100% whole grain oats1/4 cup golden yellow sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon saltLiquid Ingredients:1 large egg1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup milkOther:2 medium sized bananas
( Recipe Makes 12 Muffins)
1.Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well
(flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt)
2. Mash the bananas, place them in a separate bowl and add all the liquid ingredients (egg, vanilla extract, milk)
Mix well.
3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you get a nice chunky batter.
4. Spray muffin pan with (Non-stick, zero calorie cooking spray)
5. Add batter to muffin pan (Makes 12 muffins)
6. Set oven 375 degrees F. and bake muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Take the muffins out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
8. ENJOY!
