Herbed Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds unpeeled small, red potatoes, quartered2 tbsp Smart Balance buttery spread2 tbsp minced fresh parsley1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp garlic powderFreshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a 2 quart casserole dish, toss potatoes in margarine to coat each piece. Spray potatoes lightly with cooking spray.

Stir in remaining ingredients

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
