1/4 cup flax seed meal3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk2 tablespoons mayonnaise with olive oil
Preheat oven to 350. Grease or put paper cups in a muffin tin. Mix ingredients in a bowl and spoon into muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and browned. Makes 5 rolls.
