1 can tuna in water, drained2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 tbsp lime juice3 tbsp cilantro, chopped1 tsp olive oildash of salt and pepper1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers.
