Ingredients
Instant Corn masa mix - (masa repa) Maseca brand, 2 cupsWater, tap, 1 1/4 cupSalt, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Following the instructions on the bag, place corn flour and salt in a bowl add water until dough is moist but not sticky, I needed 1 1/2 cups of water, the texture made me think of play-dough, divide into 16 equal size balls, flatten with a tortilla press*, and dry cook on both sides for about a minute. Enjoy :)

*The tortilla press, when they say use heavy plastic they Mean it. The first tortilla I tried to do with waxed paper, major disaster doesn't even begin to cover the result. I used 2 sandwich bags and got perfect results for all 16 tortillas.
