Ingredients
.5 lb ground beef, cooked1 can chili beans, undrained1 can rotel1 can enchilada sauce2 tsp chili powder.75 tsp cumin.5 tsp garlic powder3 c cooked pasta1 c colby jack cheese.5 c shredded cheddar
Directions
Cook beef in lg. skillet. Stir in beans, rotel, enchilada sauce, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add pasta to mixture and heat 3 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted and well blended. Makes 8 servings
