Easy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
* *Flour, Martha White Self-Rising, 3 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup * Mott's Plus Fiber Cranberry Raspberry, 1 serving * *Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 cup * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Stir milk and applesauce into beaten egg. Blend flour and splenda together and egg mixture. Stir just enough to moisten; mixture should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins half full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
