Denver Omelet Pita

Ingredients
1 large egg1 tbsp chopped green pepper1 tbsp chopped mushroom1 tbsp chopped onion1 tsp Canola oil1 Fat Free Kraft american cheese slice 1/2 whole wheat pita
Directions
Saute your chopped veggies in 1 tsp canola oil. Beat egg and pour over cooked veggies. Scramble egg and veggies together until the egg is to the texture you like. Lay the cheese slice over top of the scramble and let melt. Scoop up your egg and stuff into the 1/2 pita pocket. Add salt and pepper during cooking to taste.
