Grilled Italian Shrimp over Wild Rice

Ingredients
16 medium shrimp peeled and de-veinedUncle Ben's Long grain and Wild rice1 tspn Garlic1 Tspn Oregano
Directions
Put 8 shrimp each on 2 skewers
Spray with Pam
Sprinkle with Garlic & Oregano or any premade Italian seasoning
Place on George Forman or outdoor grill for about 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Place skewers of shrimp over Uncle Bens Rice.
Serve with a green vege salad with vinegar and Italian Seasoning to complete meal which will only add about 15- 20 calories and no fat.
