Ingredients
Wheat bran, crude, 1 cupKing Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 0.75 cupSalt, 0.75 tspBrown Sugar, 0.25 cup, packedBaking Soda, 0.5 tspButtermilk, 0.75 cupEgg, fresh, 1 largeCanola Oil, 0.25 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Make well in center and pour liquids into it. Mix only long enough to mix dry ingredients. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
