Comforting yet easy Chili

2 lbs lean ground sirloin (10% fat)3 cans tomato sauce (8 oz cans)2 10 oz cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles2 medium cans of pinto beans (I prefer Bush's)1 can stewed tomatoes1 small can green chiles2 tsp chili powder.5 tsp ground cumin.5 tsp cilantro
Makes 12 1-cup servings
In a 10-in skillet combine ground sirloin with half of the cumin, cilantro and chili powder. Cook until just brown
In a crock pot, combine ingredients (be sure to drain the beans). Add the sirloin and cook on high for 90 minutes or until hot .
Tip: to cut the cooking time, try using a regular pot at medium-high heat on your stove.
Serve with corn chips or gluten free corn bread.
