* Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove) * *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1.5 serving (remove) * Carrots, cooked, 300 grams (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove) * Portabella Mushrooms, 200 grams (remove) * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove) * *Squash - Yellow (serving size apprx 1 cup / 130g), 200 gram(s) (remove) * Zucchini, 400 grams (remove) * Eggplant, fresh, 300 grams (remove)
Saute veggies until they are done to your liking. Add shrimp about 5 minutes before everything is done. MAkes about 4 servings; Serve over Brown rice.
