3 eggs50 ml milk (one dash per egg)pepper and herbs to taste
Beat ingredients together well. Pour into non-stick frypan (maybe with a spray of olive oil, if necessary). Top with your own toppings (e.g cheese, mushrooms, spinach, ham), placed on one half of the omelette. Cook at a fairly low heat on stove top in order to ensure the omelette is cooked through without burning underneath. Slide onto plate and fold empty half over to serve.
