Ingredients
4 cups brown rice, cooked1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, cut tomatoes in half1 1/2 cups cilantro, chopped1 ripe avocado, cubed1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding rice vinegar last. Serve hot or cold.
