Turkey Salisbury Steak With Tomato, Onion, & Provolone Sauce

1.75 lb. lean ground turkey2 T dried rosemary3 slices provolone, thinly sliced3 slices tomatoes per steak3 slices onion per steak1/2 c. nonfat milk1 T cornstarchSalt substitute and ground black pepper to taste
Makes 6 steaks (approx. 3" x 5" and 1/2 in. thick)
Mix ground turkey and rosemary well, then form into 6 patties using above dimensions as guideline. Place on med. high grill and add "salt" and pepper. Turn after approx. 5 minutes. Top with slices tomatoes and onions that you have grilled on foil. Transfer to plate after grilling on last side approximately 4 minutes.
While meat and vegetables are grilling, heat milk (do not boil)on stovetop, reduce heat to low and add cornstarch. Whisk until it starts to thicken, remove from heat and stir in cheese. Drizzle sauce over each veggie-topped steak.
