Roasted Cauliflower with chickpeas, tomatoes and olives

Ingredients
cauliflowerkalamata ollivescherry tomatoesgarlicchickpeasolive oilkosher salt
Directions
cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces, cut the tomatoes and the olives in half. Mince the garlic. Toss everything together in a bowl. Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Stir once or twice during cooking process.
