Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
Milk NonfatMushrooms, freshScallions, rawSour Cream, reduced fat or fat freeParsley, freshButter, Unsalted
Directions
Wash all garden items

Poach Mushrooms in milk with scallions and parsley. Strain. Blend fine in blender with a little of the broth. Slowly ad broth then return to pot with half the broth. Add sour cream and butter and heat again.
