Broccoli Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1 (3 oz) package Japanese curly noodles (chukka soba)4 cups broccoli slaw1 carrot, shredded1 green pepper, chopped2 Tbsp. canola oil3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar3 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce1 tsp. grated fresh ginger2 cloves garlic1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted.
Directions
Crumble uncooked noodles into salad bowl. Add broccoli slaw, carrot and green pepper. Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic; pour over slaw and toss to coat well. Top with walnuts just before serving.
