Corn Bread Gluten Free Fran's original

Ingredients
1 Cup Gluten Free all purpose Baking flour1 Cup corn meal2 Tbs Sugar1 Tbs Baking powder3/4 teasp. salt1/4 teasp Xanthan gum1 Cup 1% milk2 large eggs1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add eggs and other wet ingredients to dry
Wisk
spray either a cast iron pan or a square glass pan 8x8 with Pam spray
pour mixture in pan and bake at 425 f for 20 min
let cool about 5 min serve warm or room temp.
