Curried chickpeas on a bed of quinoa

Ingredients
1 LRG can of Chick peas6 TBSP Sunflower oil(or your favorite)1 C quinoa(dry)1/2 C red pepper4 C fresh spinachyellow curry powder, cayenne pepper, chives, salt and pepper(to taste)
Directions
PREPARE QUINOA AS PACKAGE SUGGESTS.

Chickpeas:
add oil to skillet and heat at med.
rinse chickpeas and add to skillet.
chop red pepper and spinach to small peices. add to skillet.
add spices and stir.
cook on low for approx 20mins stirring frequently
